Congratulation to the Tampa Bay Rays, who pulled out a win against the Guardians tonight and who will be going to their first World Series!  They’ll be facing the Brewers, another team who will be making their first World Series appearance!

For me, this is what baseball is all about.  The Rays were favored to win the American League Championship but the Guardians still proved themselves to be worthy opponents and they certainly didn’t make thing easy for Tampa Bay.  No one gave the Brewers much of a chance but they swept the Dodgers.  And now, one of these teams is going to win their first World Series!

The World Series starts on Friday and, if it goes for the full seven games, it will end on Halloween!

Go Rays!
