The Rangers Win Their First Series Of The Regular Season!

My Rangers got a wonderful win this afternoon, defeating the Red Sox by a score of 3-2 and winning their first series of the regular season!  Today’s game really reminded me why I love baseball so much.  It’s also reminded me how much fun it is to watch your team win.

From Jacob deGrom’s six strikeouts to the home runs hit by Adolis Garcia and Wyatt Langford, here are the highlights of a great game!

It’s Opening Day And My Heart Hurts

It’s Opening Day!  The Rangers played their first game of the regular season today, facing off against the Red Sox in Arlington.  I watched the game and I was really hoping that we might start the season with a win.  It didn’t happen.  The Rangers went into the Ninth Inning 2-2 and they ended things trailing by three runs.  Congratulations to the Red Sox on their 5-2 victory and especially to Wilyer Abreu on his two home runs.  (That second home run brought in three runs in the 9th and won the game for Boston.)

I love baseball but it’s a lot more fun when your team wins!  Luckily, it’s only the first game and there’s 161 left to go.  There’s not a baseball team in existence that has ever had an undefeated season and that will never change.  If a team ever does win 162 games in a row, they should just cancel baseball all together.

I love my team.  My heart hurts that they lost but I know it’s going to sing when they get their first win of the 2025 season!

Go Rangers!

A Scene That I Really Love: The Rangers Win The World Series!

Today is Opening Day!  I’m excited!  There’s no way to know who is going to win the World Series this year but I know who I want to win and I bet most people reading this know too.  Because it’s Opening Day, I thought I would share a scene from last year that I really, really love.

Watch as the Rangers win their first World Series championship!

Good luck to all the teams and GO RANGERS!

The Rangers Have Won The World Series!

The Texas Rangers just won their first World Series!

I AM SO EXCITED AND SO PROUD OF MY TEAM!  A lot of people didn’t think the Rangers had much of a chance in the post-season, especially after we lost our 1st place standing in AL West to the Astros.  A lot of people thought there was no way we would sweep the Orioles.  They thought the Astros has all the momentum in the ALCS.  And when Adolis Garcia and Max Scherzer were injured during the World Series, they thought the team wouldn’t be able to keep up.  But all of the Rangers stepped up and tonight, by a score of 5-0, they beat the Diamondbacks and won their first World Series!

The Diamondbacks should be proud of the effort they made.  They really impressed me, more than the Astros did when they played the Rangers in the ALCS.  When the Diamondbacks make it back to the World Series, I will totally cheer for them as long as they’re not playing the Rangers!

I’m so proud of my team!  They did it!

Go Rangers!

The Rangers Win Game 4 Of The World Series!

Way to go, Rangers!  Even with both Adolis Garcia and Max Scherzer out due to injuries, the Rangers still came together won Game 5 of the World Series!  Even though the final score was 11-7, the Diamondbacks still put up a good fight.  They scared me in both the 8th and 9th innings.  The Diamondbacks are a good team and if they were playing against anyone other than the Rangers, I’d probably cheer for them.  This has been a great World Series, with two underdog teams showing up everyone who doubted them.

The Rangers are just one game away from winning their first World Series!  I’m so excited!  Tomorrow’s game is in Arizona.  At first, there was a part of me that does wish that the Rangers could win the championship in Arlington so the DFW metroplex can prove that it is a baseball town, but now I realize that I’ll be happy wherever they win it.

Go Rangers!

The Rangers Do Not Win Game 2 Of The World Series

I don’t want to talk about it.

Congratulations to the Diamondbacks, though.  They clapped back tonight and let all of us Rangers fans know that they’re going to be tough and worthy opponents.  The World Series is now tied up and moving to Arizona for the next three games.  No matter how it ends, I hope the final game is played in Arlington.

Go Rangers!
