This week has been all about relaxing and there’s nothing wrong with that, especially when you consider what’s right around the corner.  October’s coming up and with it, 31 days of straight horror.  Rest assured that, at the Shattered Lens Bunker, we’re already getting prepared for the greatest horrorthon ever.

Music Video of the Day: Is It You? by Lee Ritenour (1981, directed by ????)

On August 1st, 1981, MTV premiered.  Over the course of 24 hours, 166 unique music videos were played on MTV.  Yes, there was a time when the M actually did stand for music.

The 45th video played on MTV was this energetic performance clip for Lee Ritenour’s Is It You?  This was the 2nd Lee Ritenour video to be featured on MTV, following Mr. Briefcase.  Just as with Mr. Briefcase, the vocals are provided by Eric Tagg.
