Lisa Marie’s Week In Review: 6/12/23 — 6/18/23


The Emmy Ballots have been released and I have a lot of shows and movies that I need to watch between now and the end of July!  I got started this week but I’ve got a long way to go.  Luckily, this is going to be a harsh and hot summer so I’m going to have a lot incentive to sit inside my air-conditioned private office and spend a lot of time watching stuff.

  1. Thanks for the share, and what a great week of film you had. Such an exlcective mix across genres and decades…something like “Commando” really captures that era for muscular, aggressive films…it reminds me of one of Arnold’s last films of this type: “Eraser”. It hit all the required elements for the genre but it played like something trying to keep the past alive…every decade has those films which are fun to see but feel “of their time” as well a bit.
