Something about the way he’s standing there at the window with that enthusiastic smile makes me laugh every time I look at this cover. Maybe it’s the beret. He’s a citizen of Paris so he has to wear the beret. This cover was done by Rudolph Belarski. He even signed his work.

It’s a shocking story! One thing I’ve noticed about the pulps is that one sister was always good and one sister was always dangerous and they both always wanted the same man.
