Last night’s game lasted for 18 innings! You know that I was cheering for the Dodgers but, after the 17th inning, I really just wanted someone to get a run so I could get some sleep! It finally happened during the 18th inning, with the most beautiful homerun of the entire season.
The Dodgers are now leading the series 2-1! Keep going, Dodgers! Game 4 is tonight!

OK, I admit I went to bed after the 13th inning but I am in New York so it was close to 1a…and as someone who also lives in LA, I don’t know why there is so much anti-LA sentiment on social media…the players are great, they work hard and they win…why begrudge them? Finally, I think it truly CHEAPENS THE GAME to intentionally walk a player 4 times simply because he is good. The fact that he is becoming the greatest player of all time should be reason enough to let him play. I have nothing against Toronto but they left a stain on whatever legacy they achieve.
