Never give up on O-Town.
Enjoy!
Does everyone remember O-Town? They were the band that was created on a reality show and we all thought that their name meant Orgasm Town but it was actually because they were from Orlando? O-Town was the boy band that existed to make other boy bands look tough and dangerous by comparison.
All or Nothing is a typical boy band song and this is a typical boy band video. The song is about the lead singer of O-Town realizing that his girlfriend is still hung up on Justin Timberlake. He sings that he can tell by the distant look in her eyes and he just doesn’t think they can be together as long as she’s dreaming about Justin. He wants it all or he’ll settle for nothing. There’s no such thing as a compromise when you’re from the O.
Do you remember O-Town? They were the boy band that was formed for a reality television series. Back in the day, Lisa and I watched every episode and we still thought the name stood for Orgasm Town until we realized the band was from Orlando. Even thought they could actually sing, O-Town was still the boy band that made other boy bands seem tough.
O-Town may have been featured on Making The Band but they had nothing to do with Diddy. (O-Town was the first season, before Diddy was a part of the program.) The mastermind behind O-Town was Lou Pearlman, which isn’t much better but I don’t think Pearlman’s ever been accused of putting a hit out on anyone.
This music video was from O-Town’s 2016 comeback. Enjoy!

Aren’t wind farms romantic!?
Actually, wind farms are not at all romantic. Instead, they are big ugly eyesores that usually ruin an otherwise perfect view. They kill hundreds of birds a year and they also don’t generate as much power as advertised. I know that we’re all supposed to love wind farms but, to me, they always bring to mind a dystopian hellscape. Seeing them off the side of the road is like seeing an abandoned oil derrick. They’re just creepy.
Don’t tell that to the boys from O-Town, though. To them, there’s nothing more romantic than running around a wind farm and singing about how they’re going to skydive into their girlfriend’s heart. If you are going to skydive, I would suggest doing it away from a wind farm because can you imagine accidentally landing on one of those monstrous windmill things? And even if the members of O-Town do avoid the windmills, there are also a lot of powerlines in this video. Maybe, instead of going to a wind farm, they could have celebrated their anniversary at a nice restaurant.
My sister swears that O-Town stood for Orgasm Town but actually, it was a reference to the band being from Orlando. If they’re from Orlando, why are they in the middle of the desert? If I was that close to Disney World, you wouldn’t find me running around some wind farm. You would find me in line to enter the Haunted Mansion for the 100th time.
Enjoy!
In this music video, the clean-cut members of O-Town sing about having a collective wet dream about a dominatrix super model. The song is directed to the person who they wish was in their collective wet dream which …. yeah, that’s not creepy at all, guys. According to the lyrics, this person is a combination of Madonna, Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, Tyra Banks, Halle Berry, Cindy Crawford, Janet Jackson, Salma Hayek, and Jennifer Lopez. Apparently, in between performances, the members of O-Town spent all of their time masturbating on posters of their favorite celebs and then singing songs about it. O-Town was creepy af.
Of course, O-Town was a fairly creepy enterprise from the start. The band was put together by the notorious Lou Pearlman, who was responsible for a lot of boy bands. He was also apparently a crook who defrauded the musicians he managed and who later served time in prison for all sorts of financial crimes. He also just looked like a creepy fellow. I can say that because O-Town was actually a part of the first ever season of Making the Band. Though the show was technically about the band, most episodes centered on Pearlman gloating about how much money he was going to make off of O-Town. I don’t really remember a whole lot about the show, beyond Pearlman being scary. I do know there was one episode where the band’s choreographer threw a fit because the members of the band weren’t doing the steps correctly. O-Town apparently didn’t have that much say about their music or their image.
Liquid Dreams finds the members of the band making out with water people. Since the song is about a wet dream, I guess that means that …. well, never mind.
Enjoy!
