The DGA Honors Paul Thomas Anderson


If you were like me and you were hoping for some sort of big upset at the Oscars next month, it looks like we’re out of luck!  The Directors Guild has honored Paul Thomas Anderson as director of the year for One Battle After Another.

  1. To me “One Battle After Another” was an underwhelming viewing. Rare for a PTA directed film. “Sinners” was the best 2025 movie I watched. Not an upset if it pulls OSCAR best nod. But any other dark horse would be major upset Lisa.
