As some of our regular readers undoubtedly know, I am involved in a few weekly live tweets on Twitter and Mastodon. I host #FridayNightFlix every Friday, I co-host #ScarySocial on Saturday, and I am one of the five hosts of #MondayActionMovie! Every week, we get together. We watch a movie. We tweet our way through it.
Tonight, at 10 pm et, we’ve got an action classic, 1989’s Sinbad Of The Seven Seas!
If you want to join us this Friday, just hop onto twitter, start the movie at 10 pm et, and use the #FridayNightFlix hashtag! It’s a friendly group and welcoming of newcomers so don’t be shy.
Sinbad of the Seven Seas is available on Prime! See you there!

Always thought Lou Ferrigno was dreamy. Unlike that oversized toad, Ahnold.

are comments getting through to you, Lisa?

They are. Occasionally, one or two will randomly get sent to our spam folder but I always try to check regularly to make sure they get out promptly.

I see the one I made earlier re: Ferrigno FINALLY got through. WP said it couldn’t be sent. Obviously things are still a bit of a mess at their end.

We watched this last night. It was pretty much what we expected, but DAMN Ferrigno is so cute I almost couldn’t stand it. What a doll – had to give it a “thumbs up” on Prime just ’cause.

Yep. What Lou Ferrigno lacked in range, he made up for with sincerity. Supposedly, Sinbad is his favorite of the films he made.

I’ve always thought he seemed like a truly nice gentleman. When he tells Kira he’s crazy about her I thought I was gonna die. Again, what a cutie. I feel a (long-overdue) Beefcake coming very, very soon.
