8 Shots From 8 Films: Special David Lynch Edition

Twin Peaks: The Return Part 3 (dir by David Lynch, DP: Peter Deming)

4 Or More Shots From 4 Or More Films is just what it says it is, 4 shots from 4 of our favorite films. As opposed to the reviews and recaps that we usually post, 4 Shots From 4 Films lets the visuals do the talking!

Today, the Shattered Lens wishes a happy 78th birthday to David Lynch!  And that means that it’s time to pay tribute to one of our favorite filmmakers.

  1. What a brilliantly eccentric filmmaker with a unique vision….I was lucky to attend the world premiere party for “Fire Walk With Me” at the Cannes Film Festival where they had a singer on a float in the Mediterranean singing while fireworks went off overhead and the roof of the Carlton Hotel went ablaze with the name of the film!
