  1. “Dark Waters” is a must-see for anyone who needs/wants to understand how widespread corporation corruption is – and how deep their pockets are. The film is based on Robert Bilott’s book “Exposure: Poisoned Water, Corporate Greed, and One Lawyer’s Twenty-Year Battle against DuPont” (2019), which I have read and is a page-turner. Warning: It will make your blood boil.

Bilott has spent more than twenty-four year litigating hazardous dumping of the chemicals perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS). He has been dubbed “The Lawyer Who Became DuPont’s Worst Nightmare”, and is a REAL hero.

Ruffalo was the perfect actor to portray Bilott. Mark is also an ailurophile – just one more reason to love him.
